The Talent Match Score
Our Talent Match Score is a comprehensive evaluation of a candidate's fit for a specific role they applied for based on three core components:
1. Engagement Level
- Profile Completeness: How thoroughly candidates have built their Arena profile and resume
- Platform Activity: Level of candidate’s activity, interactions, and responsiveness on Arena
2. Goals Alignment
- Salary Expectations: Compatibility between candidate's desired compensation and role offering
- Values Match: Alignment between candidate's career values and company values
- Work Preferences: Fit between candidate's desired work arrangement (location, remote/hybrid/in-person) and position requirements
3. Skills Alignment
- Skill Relevance: Match between candidate's demonstrated abilities and role requirements
- Experience Depth: Quality and relevance of professional experience
- Job Requirements: Compliance with position-specific required qualifications (ie. education, work authorization, certifications, languages)
